REMINDERPRO HELP: SCHEDULE MENU

Following is a description of each item available in the Schedule menu.

A Reminder

Allows you to schedule a new reminder.

An Application Launch

Allows you to schedule a new application launch.

Opening of a document

Allows you to schedule opening of a document.

A Pager Reminder

Allows you to schedule a reminder that will be sent to a specified pager number. To use this feature, you need to have PageNOW!.

The Schedule menu also contains a list of templates that you have created for reminders. Templates allow you to provide some of the reminder specifications in advance. That way you do not have to explicitly provide all of the information when you schedule a reminder using a template because some of it is already obtained from the template.

To schedule a reminder using a template, select the template name from the Schedule menu. You will get the dialog box for scheduling a reminder, but with some of the information already filled in for you.
